Dr. Pedro Morais
Pedro is a Marine Biologist since the age of seven… since he discovered the fish, crabs, and anemones living on the rock tide pools of a beach in the Algarve. Ten years later he enrolled in the Marine Biology and Fisheries degree at the University of Algarve. Nowadays, Pedro is an Assistant Specialist at the University of California, Berkeley. Pedro has a PhD in Population Ecology and he is passionate by marine biology and estuarine ecology. His works revolve around fish migration, estuarine ecology, and biological invasions. Dancing tango and photography are his two favorite hobbies.
