Ana Rita Lopes

Ana Rita Lopes finished her degree in Marine Biology and Biotechnology – Aquaculture and Fisheries in Peniche in 2010, followed by a MSc degree in 2012 in Marine Ecology and a PhD degree in 2018 in Marine Sciences, both at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Lisbon. She has focused her research on the impact of climate change – ocean warming and acidification – and contamination on the oxidative stress response of marine organisms (from intertidal coastal organisms to oceanic top predators), focusing on single and transgenerational studies. Since October 2019 she has been a post-doc researcher working with Ana M. Faria.
